Tao Te Ching: A New English Version by Laozi

informative reflective relaxing medium-paced

It was a nice book to listen to while working out or cooking. Between the background ambience and the narrator's voice it felt very meditative. I didn't feel like it touched on any ideas I hadn't heard of before (growing up inundated with the ideas of Buddhism). Because of this it didn't incite much reflection in me, though that might just be a me problem. I'm interested to hear what Felix has to say as this is the first book for his 2025 reading challenge. I think I will look into more nonfiction works of this nature, especially to listen to while working out.
