The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

5.0

Read all three books in the trilogy on a Mexican vacation and now I understand why my educator friends who teach this book love it. By the third installment (in three days), I grew a bit weary of the constant death-and-gore fantasy, but the book is so full of parallels to explore, Big Questions to ponder and rip-snorting action that the reader is sucked in until the end.
