4.5 Stars If you’re thinking about stopping or are feeling like these may be a lower rated EH book for you keep going I didn’t like the first part too much and got nervous but Emily Henry really knows how to hit it home with the heavy emotions and trauma the characters have had in their lives and wraps Funny Story nicely up into a little bow. I do not care at all about Peter and Petra’s existence in this world but at least they brought our main characters together. For a while I thought Funny Story would get a 4.25 stars like I gave Book Lovers but I related too much to Daphne and Miles to not bump it just right under my beloved 5 star Beach Read (Super excited to get my special edition copy).
