A rather simple story with a not so-surprising ending <Hint: Werther commits suicide>, but there is something about this book that I can't help but love. Perhaps it's the unflinching portrayal of emotion, either way I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The book is short too, with less that 200 pages, so not a big commitment.
Minor: Suicide
