We're not any closer to discovering what happened to Violet's mother, but we're certainly getting into more trouble.
Violet has a lot of secrets and unfortunately secrets have a way of trickling out. Seems the more we discover about her, the more strange it all becomes. The monsters are intrigued. I am intrigued. And so, I'll leave this review here and head off to read book 3. I loved this.
