Cherry is amazing! She’s kind, compassionate, understanding and so chatty. I really loved her sunshiny personality. And I also loved her strength, resilience and courage to face and deal with any challenges and hardships thrown her way. She’s quite skilful with a cast iron pan, too! Cherry is a really wonderful woman and I loved her so, so much!
And then, we have Silar! He might come a bit grumpy and broody, but the gorgeous Zabrian cowboy is just the strong and silent type of male. Silar is hardworking, caring and considerate. Even more, he’s fiercely protective, irresistibly charming and honorable. And his innocence and inexperience when it comes to females makes him just so sweet and adorable. Silar is absolutely swoon-worthy and I couldn’t help but adore every single thing about him!
I absolutely loved everything that happened between Cherry and Silar! Cherry’s only chance to escape her debts is to sign-up for a one-way trip to an isolated outpost and marry an alien cowboy. And the moment Silar sees his bride, he’s utterly smitten with the chatty human. I absolutely adored those two together! Their chemistry was incredible right from the start but it took some time for both to openly admit it. And their banters and mishaps were an absolute delight to read. Cherry and Silar were also so supportive and protective of each other. Even more, I adored Silar for all the ways he made sure his wife was taken care of, even though in many cases he was absolutely clueless. And I loved Cherry for not letting her new husband off the hook easily and when things needed to be resolved, they got resolved. And she helped Silar not only grow from an unsure and inexperienced male to a one full of passion, confidence and delicious possessiveness, but also experience all the gentleness and care he’s been missing. And when they couldn’t resist the undeniable need for one another, the passionate moments they shared were off-the-charts hot and I couldn’t get enough of all the naughty delight. Cherry and Silar were truly meant for each other and absolutely deserved to find happiness and love together!
In addition, the storyline and worldbuilding were incredible! I never thought I’d absolutely adore (alien) cowboys, yet, here we are! The males on Zabria Prinar One were just awesome. Fallon won my heart and had me cackling with his enthusiasm and I also cannot wait to learn more about the other males. Warden Tenn is a pretty cool dude, too. With everything happening, I was glued to the pages till the very end.
Overall, the story is a fun, sweet, naughty, cozy and absolutely remarkable start of the series and I absolutely loved every single page of it!
