This was my very first book by this author. I have had his books on my TBR list forever. I won a copy of this so I decided to start with this one. I wanted to love it but for me it never grabbed me. I did finish it because I kept hoping I’d become more vested but I just never felt the chemistry between the characters. I am going to read another of his books and see if this one was just a fluke for me. 3.5 stars for me
