Pffft. I won't be reading anymore books by this author. Her style of writing, themes and characters are just frustrating or just outright unlikeable. It's not that I don't get it, it's just not enjoyable or what I consider a worthy read. I wouldn't consider this horror. If you're looking for horror this is not horror. It's the unwinding of someone's mental stability. Most of the book is internal monologue. The ending just left a bad taste.
