Spells & Sleeping Bags by Sarah Mlynowski

4.0

After the pleasantly surprising twist at the end of Frogs and French Kisses, Spells and Sleeping Bags takes place a few weeks later with Rachel full of hope and a bit more magic. More magic = more problems. While some readers might find it annoying how Rachel is just having the same lesson in each book, I find that realistic. Sometimes it takes a few hard lessons before things start to settle in. There were some predictable bits, but overall still an enjoyable read (when not cringing from second-hand embarrassment).
