Unfortunately I do not have anything more helpful or coherent to say other than 'ehh?' about this book. It's cute, and the dynamic between Franny and Hayes is sweet (if lifted directly from Hating Game, imo) but it's a bit clumsily written and Franny falls into the 'clumsy word vomit insecure' tropes that feel really over done for me.
