Did not finish book. Stopped at 25%.

I picked this book up because it promised to be a "thrilling tale of spies, covert missions, and riotous characters" - it's been 3 hours and nothing interesting has happened nor have I met any characters worth continuing to hear about. Time to move on, unfortunately.
