The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan

I thought I would like this book more that I did, to be honest. I still appreciated it, especially the last third where all the story finally come together, although it seems to me that this could have been a more "united" story, instead of several separate ones. I found it difficult to distinguish all the women (but maybe that's my problem) and had to go back and forth to remind myself who was who. Anyway, the story is quite touching and the difficult relationship between mothers and daughters is well depicted.
