Born Wild (Wolf Hollow Shifters, Book 3) by Nikki Jefford

3.0

My rating is hovering between three and four stars, and I may upgrade later. There were some rather interesting overall developments in Born Wild and it will be interesting to see where the series goes next. So far I haven't seen anything about the next book, but the author did reference Elsie's story in the afterword. Anyway, on to the book. I liked both Wolfrik and Kallie, but I found Kallie had a lot more patience than I would have in her situation. The first chapter, just a taste of Wolfrik's experiences in the human settlement, was truly awful and painful to read. The humans in this world are terrible people (as was shown in the the earlier books) and I'm glad that at least some of them got what they deserved. On another note, I really liked how the author included Sparrow as a character and I'm keen to know what will happen with her and Aden. Fingers crossed on everything being okay.
