Black Coffee: A Mystery Play in Three Acts by Agatha Christie

3.0

Even though her name takes up half the cover, this book was written by someone else, adapting it from a play Agatha Christie wrote. The murder and such is good, because that came from the lady herself. The writing, especially at the beginning, is jarringly NOT her. It is a perfectly fine book, but nowhere near as good as it would have been if it was written by Christie herself. If you read it as fanfic, it’s an enjoyable read. It’s cover is just more than a bit misleading.
