Really clever plot. An exploration and satire (?) of femme creativity, femme friendships and the performance of femininity vs the f*ed up darkness that lives within us. Totally unhinged, unreliable narrator, interesting use of the narrators voice literally talking to herself rather than just the narrator telling the story. I LOVED the chapter Metamorphosis is a really powerful theme and tool in this novel, and I think it’s getting at true ~something~ whether that be power, creation etc can be found when you embrace /explore/delve/don’t shy away from EVERYTHING within you and every experience. The Bunnies couldn’t achieve what they wanted bc they were too superficial. LOVED it.
