The Reluctant Bachelorette: A Romantic Comedy by Rachael Anderson

3.0

It was okay. I think I was so distracted about how much I didn't like her "best" friend, Jessa, and the narrator's valley girl intonations. Jessa is selfish and imposes a lot of her agenda on Taycee, mostly without her friend's agreement.
I generally like second chance relationships. I overall wanted more character and plot development, maybe a more powerful conflict as well. I do enjoy Rachael's other books I've read, so I know it's not her writing but my lack of connection to this book in particular that is the issue.
