Keeping the same fast pace and intriguing plot from the first volume, this new installment adds depth to existing characters and introduces new members of the Pantheon (like Inanna and Dionysus). A few plot elements felt a bit rushed due to the pace, but I've come to expect that in graphic novels. The end is sudden and shocking and leaves me eager to read Vol. 3.
