I went into this with low expectations after seeing reactions online, but I really liked it! I like where the story went throughout, I like the characters and the way it was written. The end has completely stressed me out, though, so I need the next one!

Once again, I have to acknowledge Yarros's treatment of Scottish Gaelic as a minority language, but I did not include this in my review of the book.
