Christmas at Fox Farm by Helen Pollard
5.0
I really loved Christmas at Fox Farm for having actual adults as main characters. So often in romance books the conflict comes from donor misunderstandings, and people refusing to just talk about it for two seconds to clear these up.
In this book the suspense comes from actual problems, and I enjoy this so much more than unnecessary drama. It's about growth and finding your place. About responsibilities, loyalties and yet also sticking up for your own dreams and ambitions.
I instantly liked the characters, and was very happy to spend my time with them. The setting and friendships around the romance were also lovely to read and quickly got me into the Christmas spirit!
