The book is gorgeous. Each page has its own pattern of colours and the art is so well done. The chapters were a great starting point, and I really appreciated how the book was written.
However, I think the book would have been more impactful if I was still in my 20s. In fact, I wish this book existed when I was in my 20s. I think a lot of young women would benefit from reading this (and more than a few males.)
