I absolutely loved this world and was hooked from the very beginning. Arcturus and Sacharissa shocked the world when it came to light that he was a commoner able to summon a demon. Arcturus was shuffled off to Vocans to train with other summoners, which put him in a precarious position as he tried to figure out where he fit in with the other nobles, if he could even say he fit in. Watching as the relationship between Arcturus and Sacharissa blossomed was truly wonderful and probably my favorite aspect of the whole book. The later half of the book focused on the rebellion taking roots, and the roles the young nobles and Arcturus played in diffusing the situation. Certain characters rose to occasion to help quell the rebellion, while others selfishly focused on their own wellbeing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this book to any readers that love the fantasy and action genre
