God of Wrath by Rina Kent

adventurous challenging dark mysterious tense slow-paced

5.0

An intense addicting college romance with a dark atmospheric background, with lots of tension, spice, and possessiveness between the two characters throughout the book.

Jeremy is an alluring type of man that is needed by me. He is an enigmatic, hot-headed guy, very protective of those he cares about, and has a soft side with being caring, thoughtful and passionate in his own twisted way. Cecily is the type of woman that is strong, independent, and selfless to all. She has a heart of gold and cares for everyone despite some not deserve that type of care. She's also a reader who likes to stay at home having some alone time and wears statement shirts everywhere she goes.

I love the dynamic between Jeremy and Cecily and how their personalities fit and complement each other in a captivating intense way. Jeremy who worships everything Cecily does especially her love for books is amazing to see. Jeremy being a softy despite the threats he has to Cecily's love for fictional characters is funny as hell.

I love this couple so damn much, I wish I could read this for the first time again!
