This was a great read. I did not expect this book to be this good, especially after the bad reviews I saw some people post. The plot twists made this book totally great. I thought Amy was a complex character. Pete was mysterious. Nox was cool and interesting to read about. Bright was a nutball yet he was also very interesting to read about.

I laughed when I learned that he smokes rainbows. I was sad when the Lion died and what happened to the scarecrow. I was shocked to learn that Queen Lulu raise Ozma. I was also shocked to find out that Nox is psychic and Pete is gay?

I need the third book to know what happens next. Can't wait to read it!!! Overall, an impressive sequel.
