This is one of my comfort books. I love Kasie West & all her books, but this one has a special place in my heart.
I love all the struggles Maddie goes through, & I relate to her having trust issues (mine just don’t stem from being a millionaire). This book also makes me think of what I would do if I won the lottery, like really think, past the buy a car & a house scenario, & boy do I wanna manifest the lottery win for myself!

Moderate: Racism
Minor: Toxic friendship
