man i so expected to hate this. working in a thrift store i see SO MANY books donated by this publisher, a good portion cop romances, so when i saw a queer christmas rom com i completely expected it to be outrageous and probably a bit ignorant; so in light of a boring work day i decided to read the first few chapters only to be hours later hiding in a corner still reading.
i am so surprised because of how much i enjoyed this? it was funny and sweet and cheesy in that hallmark way that is such a guilty pleasure but i consume like a romance starved maniac every November/December.
