a nice enough ya mystery story with a bit of a feminist twist, but to be honest, i was expecting way more of this one. the first 45% of the book were so slow-paced and all the different pov's were so confusing that i sometimes had a hard time not putting the book down and mark it as a dnf. however, it got better around halfway through and more interesting as we finally found out what the whole case was about. still, it was incredibly confusing most times, the ending seemed a bit rushed and i don't think all the characters really got the closure they deserved and there should've been a bit more to it. also, there was some stuff that really had me like "umm..wth? that's not really feminist right here" for a novel that claims to have such a great feminist approach. well, all in all, the story was nice enough but nothing special and if i had known more about the actual story happening than just the praise of the blurb, i wouldn't have picked it up.
