This book wasn’t for me. Let me start this out by saying, that mystery/crime isn’t my usual genre. I just personally don’t really like it.

Throughout this book, I found I didn’t really connect with the characters all that much, and the plot was sort of predictable. The set-up felt kind of cliche, and it missed some sort of flair, that makes me these types of books readable to me.

This book as I said, wasn’t for me, but I can definitely see how this might be someone’s ‘cup of tea’ so-to-speak. It was really well-written, and from a distant sort of standpoint, I can see the appeal in this book.

So if you’re mulling over reading this book (and if you love crime/mystery), don’t let this review stop you!
