I don't want to ruin the story, so I won't summarize the plot here. Suffice it to say that this artfully crafted tale made me think, made me wonder, and made me fear for an uncertain past and an even more uncertain future. With dry humor, action, science, mythology, and psychology, this book unraveled outward like a spiderweb being made in reverse.
