Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

5.0

this book was the best sort of book - the type that you struggle to put down, where you can read it for extended periods of time without needing to take a break. this was definitely the best of cassandra clare’s books that i have read - i think that part of the appeal for me was the changing points of view. i found myself always waiting, hoping for will’s in the previous two books - clockwork princess switched it up from tessa’s regularly, and i found myself enjoying all of them.
it was also a roller coaster of emotions (my heart was broken...a Lot.) more than the plot, the infernal devices was important to me because of the characters. william herondale, jem carstairs, henry and now cecily own my heart forever <3
