This book was recommend to me by a someone who usually gives amazing recommendations, so I gave it a chance despite my reservations.

Good for the author for achieving his goals, but this was the most pretentious book I’ve ever read. These are things most people already know and there’s no miracle motivation to do any of these things.

Here’s the essence of the book if you want a to do list:

1. Set intentions before bed to wake up with positivity
2. Move your alarm clock across the room
3. Brush your teeth and wash your face first thing
4. Drink a full glass of water to get hydrated
5. Get dressed or jump in the shower
Bonus:
6. Set bedtime affirmations
7. Set timer for bedroom lights to come on in am
8. Set timer for bedroom temperature in the am

The 6 minute routine:
MIN 1: wake up with a smile and sit in purposeful and mindful silence
MIN 2: look at your daily affirmations set the night before
MIN 3: Visualize your day
MIN 4: Practice gratitude
MIN 5: Grab your self-help book and practice one thing each day
MIN 6: move your body for 60 seconds

Just go to Pinterest and someone will have this book in a list format. It’ll be cheaper too.
