i’m not gonna lie this book made me kind of miserable. i’m not joking, it actually affected my mood outside of reading it and i literally felt somehow unsettled and just strange after i put it down. so i didn’t particularly like it, BUT i found it very interesting in the way i find kafka’s writing in general interesting. moral of the story: read it if you like kafka or wanna feel a little odd and don’t if you don’t.
