All I've Never Wanted by Ana Huang

1.0

I was warned.

By the 3rd f word (all within like 2 chapters), I was persuaded.

As many are probably already aware, this is *supposed* to be an American retelling of Boys Over Flowers.
Put this book down and go watch the kdrama.
I'm not too stereotypical, but as an American, I feel justified in saying, man, Americans really mess things up sometimes.

This book pretty much reads as any other angsty teenage book with a heavy-handed dose of "teenage" words and actions, without the quality focus on bullying, confidence, and Gu Jun-Pyo awesomeness found in Boys Over Flowers.

Really, don't bother.
Here's me going to look for the manga of BOF to try to forget this attempt...

BUT. Sidenote: The cover's awesome. *applause*
