Sundays are for Hangovers by J.D. Hollyfield, K Webster

funny lighthearted medium-paced
  • Plot- or character-driven? Character
  • Strong character development? It's complicated

  • Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated

2.0

I liked this book, but at the beginning the main characters, especially Lilith, annoyed me a bit.

I liked the idea of this book, but some of the ‘conflicts’ between Lilith and Will were over the top. Once they got together, the book got better as there weren’t as many dramatic scenes.

I liked Will and Lilith, but I wanted to see more side characters.

Although the issue at the end was sorted out quickly and the threat didn’t work, I would have preferred for Lilith and Will to talk about what happened.
