For me, the author should have focused more on the story of Anna Dale rather than the "I can't restore this mural" chapters of Morgan. The focus of the story is intriguing, but there were unnecessary chapters particularly the POV of Morgan. Morgan's POV were filled with corny and cliche dialogues, that stopped me from connecting with her character. I like the backstory of Anna, but it could have been presented in a "fast paced" way. Some chapters were unnecessary. I feel like Morgan's doubt in her capability was repeated countless of times in each chapter.
