Okay, I admit it; I wasn't a fan of Amanda's for the first number of chapters. She was somewhat cocky--but hey, maybe I can't really fault for her immediately assuming she was the one Jordan was talking about during his interview--and I do think she was using her co-worker to get a reaction out of Jordan after he invited her to his team's football game, especially choosing to still go with said co-worker AFTER her closest friend confessed her feelings about the guy! Ugh. But she did manage to win me over, especially since Jordan seemed to bring out the best in her personality. Speaking of Jordan, the guy really was a sweetheart who knew what he wanted and set aside whatever else in order to take a chance on rekindling what he knew was the most important committed relationship in his life. Overall, You Promised Me Forever was a sexy and sweet and humorous love story. 4.5 stars. ♥
