This is a fabulous collection of horror short stories! The selection is quite eclectic, featuring a wide variety of types of stories, which are well balanced throughout. Quite a few of the stories feature the theme of claustrophobia, and gargoyles make an appearance in one shape or form or another frequently throughout the stories. This anthology has something for everyone!
Some of my favourite stories included: Inside a Refrigerator by Adrian Ludens, They Never Left by Matthew McKiernan, Face to Face by Tom Leveen, Death and the Scent of Tea by Cheryl Zaidan, and He Gets Hungry Sometimes by Carol Gyzander.
In all honesty, I do have a short story in this anthology–The Clearing, which I had so much fun coming up with and writing.
