Like all the TJR books I’ve read this one is hard to categorize- yes it is a story about a woman becoming a widow less than two weeks into her marriage but it’s a lot more than that. It’s about love and friendship and what it means to be a family. I listened to to audio book and Julia Whelan was the narrator so of course it was that much better.
