A light and easy read on practicing mindfulness in your daily life. It has some overlap with the author's other book, "Miracle of Mindfulness". Both discusses the principles of mindfulness (motivation, benefits, exercises, etc.), but this one focuses more on the day-to-day examples. In other words, if the other book is a lecture, this book would be the take-home problem sheet for it.
