I used my good eyes to read this!
Nothing prepared me for three penis monster sex written like something between National Geographic documentary narration and erotica novel. 

There were issues in the plot that were never addressed by the end. So much time ended up dedicated to the detailed mutated-human sex that things like opiods being related to the mutations ended up unaddressed. 

He tried to wrap things up in the last 2 pages with napalm but couldn't even do that.
This books had so much potential but was so disappointing.
