The pacing in this was slower, but it allowed for the romance to develop at a more natural and relaxed pace. I really loved Lilith. Her struggle to connect with others, and feeling different from them while simultaneously caring so much and wanting to save everyone was something that deeply resonated with me. I ended up liking Vale a lot too. His character development was really satisfying. I can’t wait to see more of these two!
