After the Rain by Lucy Dillon

Did not finish book. Stopped at 40%.

I’m sad to say I couldn’t personally finish After the Rain. I really couldn't get into it I'm afraid. Personally, I didn't feel like much was happening and was quite slow. I read about a third. For the first time in over a year I couldn't finish a book!

The cover is absolutely stunning and I love the idea of the plot, I'm sure other readers will love it but for me personally it just wasn't for me.
