The second book in this series was just as amazing as the first, if not moreso! We have some favourite tropes such as enemies to lovers and forced proximity, and many more goodies to enjoy in this fantasy romance.
This time the story centres around Rua, the younger sister to Remy. I enjoyed Rua’s angsty and at times frustrating attitude while she tried to learn how to be a princess and a fae all at once, having been raised by the Red Witches who showed her little love throughout her earlier life.
The author beautifully continued to build on the world from the first book and we got to see many of the characters from the first book that we had come to love, along with new characters for us to enjoy and love.
I highly recommend this series and will be blabbing about it to anyone who will listen for quite a while.
