This book was difficult, I flicked between loving Mack and hating him a bit. It’s a very complex story about figuring out what you deserve and what you can give to others. About not being scared and accepting who you are, whilst also being mindful about those around you. Mack’s story is definitely tricky, and I still don’t fully know how I feel about his character, but I know I really enjoyed this book and it’s cast and their story.
