The Little Book of Lykke: The Danish Search for the World's Happiest People by Meik Wiking

3.0

Clearly bearing that post-bestseller approach, which is understandable. More lazily written than Hygge, gets quite repetitive. One thing you can take from it is a will to reassess your own understanding of happiness. Just gives you some time to think for yourself rather than take notes from the actual book. And great storytelling skills, gotta admit that.
