Short stories that highlight life in Pakistan from different perspectives. I got so into the stories and got a bit sad when they ended. Would have loved to read more of all the characters. I liked how the book portrayed tradition versus modern. I haven't read a book set in Pakistan before, so this was a really good read for me.

Three prayers: one to keep away depression, one to keep away the evil eye, and one for safety. Now my love can go.
