Vain minä saan kutsua itseäni hulluksi by Vanamo Karhupuro

This poetry collection will tear you apart, and make you live through the raw experience of a life that has seen so much. There is so much feeling embedded on these pages, forcing you to put it down once in a while and cover your eyes when tears creep up. It's the rough reality of someone living with mental health problems in Finland. No silver lining.

Some of the experiences are very grim, which is why the poetry collection includes a content warning in the beginning. Many of the experiences are relatable to those living with BPD, depression, anxiety and social anxiety. It is also an important glimpse for those who live without mental health problems, diving into the world some are very deeply bound to.

Reading this collection will push you to the edge of a cliff, hanging over a bottomless pit. You might feel dizzy, disgusted, hopeless and sad. When you back away from the edge, you will carry the feelings with you.
