this book was so good and so unexpected. i love so so much about it and i just need more right now. Zhao’s writing is so interesting and this has been one of the few books i’ve managed to finish in just a day this year. i love the diverse spectrum of sexuality represented and the gender spectrum too. also loved all of the mythology and aspects of chinese history incorporated in too. im begging for the next book please im desperate for the next book. i sensed something was off and i need to know what happens. please please please let the next book be released soon
