The Windsor Knot by S.J. Bennett

2.0

It's interesting to me what makes up any given person's taste in books. I guess genre and subject matter must be some part of it but there's surely so much more, for instance tone, word choices, characterizations (or lack thereof); setting, syntax, tense and dialogue and even, sometimes, punctuation. Also there's the reader's age and life situation - for example I have loved certain books as an older adult that I would never had the patience for in younger years, and I'm certain I read and loved books way back when that would be thrown against the wall should I try to read them now. Surely there's still more than that but I think we all get the idea.

Anyway, this book was boring.
