A Dog's Promise by W. Bruce Cameron

5.0

This book was received as an ARC from Macmillan-Tor/Forge - Forge Books in exchange for an honest review. Opinions and thoughts expressed in this review are completely my own.

This is the third book in A Dog’s Purpose series. And just like the first two I loved it.

Bailey is back! But this time, he doesn’t remember anything! But that is okay. It was great to see Bailey start all over. This time with a new boy who really needs his help.

Burke is paralyzed from the waist down, since birth. And his father, Chase, gets him a dog to help him and make him feel more “normal”. Burke trains his new dog, Cooper, to do it all! Assist, steady, Get It, Stay, and just how to be a service dog.

Just like the other books there are some trials and tribulations for Cooper. But it always adds to the story.

There was even romance! Human and dog a like. In the end A Dog’s Promise was just as beautiful as the first two. It might even be, dare I say, the best one? I think I do dare say that!

I do hope there will be a fourth one. With they way this ended, that has to be more! I need more in my life
