Bloodline by Barbara Elsborg

4.0

Barbara Elsborg has never disappointed me whenever I read her MM books. Her characters are always fully fleshed out with so much personality! I love that Elsborg’s books tend to be rich in dialogue. I like “watching” a story unfold (like a movie) as a opposed to feeling like I'm being “told" one.

Bloodline is sexy, funny and engrossing. The main characters (especially Inigo), will have you in stitches. The supporting characters are also well developed and memorable. Last but not least, the plot is awesome since it involves solving a mystery not to mention that I love that Elsborg utilizes the plot as a vehicle to build the bonds of trust, friendship and romance between Micah and Inigo. A lot of authors tend to use the act of sex to imply intimacy. Not so with Elsborg *though the sex is hot*

Bottom line if you’re in the market for a good book with strong characters/ well developed storyline and interesting world building I highly recommend you read this one.

My absolute favorite Barbara Elsborg Book are:
